If you are responding but have not received a letter inviting you to join the NSBL℠ as a Charter 500 member your membership and would like to be placed on our waiting list, please fill out the form below.

This form is for the purpose of insuring that the NSBL℠ fills its complement of 500 Sports Bars across the country in Year 1 should any original invitees decline membership.

Submitting this application places you and your Sports Bar under no obligation. It acknowledges your intention to participate as a Charter 500 NSBL℠ member pending your final approval.
